That is how this blog has been.  Mistreated. Abused. Forgotten…Forgive me…life has gotten in the way.  The move has put me behind on everything, although I am slowly but surely catching up.  Add in 2 sick kids to the mix…yeah…

Lukas has aquired a virus…you know the kind they can do nothing for…lol and Stella has a double ear infection…fun times!

I did paint my dining room last week.  If you know me personally then you know that I can NOT make a decision to save my life.  I went to Lowe’s knowing exactly what color I was going to paint and then left 2 hours later with a different one entirely.  My mother claims I have been this way since I was a tot in the candy isle.  My husband believes her, since he claims I am still that way in the candy isle…snickers, no twix, no Heath Bar, umnn I think I want a Snickers…as the clerk rings the snickers…eh I think I REALLY want a Kit Kat. 

I say, Thank God I have always had the ability to weigh my options throughly.  It is a testament to viable brain power.  There Mom…and Danny.

We have moved.  Though I have barely had the chance to enjoy the new house because I have been at war with curtain rods, alarm systems and dust bunnies since Thursday.  No joke.  Our first night in the house, we had just gotten to bed at almost 1 am when the alarm system began chirping.  We had no clue how to get it to go off and by 4 am I was trying to rip it out of the wall…funny now…not so funny then.  The weather has been AMAZING though!  We’ve had the windows open every day and the kids have just been happy as larks!  There are 5 other kids Luke’s age on our street and I could not be happier for the kid.  He is elated to have so many new friends.  Can I add how cool all my new neighbors are too?  One of them is a friend from college that I had lost touch with…how cool is that?  I about crapped my pants when I saw her…lol!  So lady like, aren’t I?

I did squeeze in a session midst all the chaos and it was such a relief to actually do something that was part of a regular routine.  Little Miss Emerson is the sweetest baby eva!  She thought I was the coolest person on the planet…well, for about 30 minutes and then I was starting to get old, but sigh…she is oh so gorgeous, so I can’t hold it against her.    Wow I have rambled.  Her is a sneek peek for her super cool parents…

…it’s been a while since I have posting the "goings on" in my life…mainly because there has been too much going on to have time.  I guess that’s good right?  We close on our house and move into our new one on Thursday.  While I am extremely excited about this I am also extremely tired….not only from the hours already spent packing up our belongings, but because I am all too aware of the "list of things to do" that will await me…SIGH…I need to go to bed now just from thinking about it.  Before I do that though I have much to share…

First off little baby Shaye.  A new beautiful CHUBBY addition to an already beautiful family! She was seriously the squishiest baby I have ever held.  Can I borrow her for a while Rebecca?  I promise to return her at some point…

Now my 2 most prized possesions…Luke and Stella.  We went out for an impromtu session the other day and I told myself…no expectations, no artistic visions to create…just have a good time.  WE DID!  and wouldn’t you know I got the most amazing image of the two of them…SIGH…it makes me sooo happy…
